Adobe Instructions

Much of our online materials are stored in Adobe PDF format. In order to read or print them, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader [version 4.0 or higher] installed on your computer.

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader click on the logo to download your free copy by following the instructions on the Adobe website.

Printing Adobe PDF Files

The Printable Version or Download versions of the files are designed to be easily printed as you require. The Screen Versions are primarily designed to be read off the screen. They may be printed, however, if desired. Follow the appropriate set of instructions to get the best results.

Printing the Printable Versions

The printable versions are formatted to print on A4 size paper [8.27" X 11.7"], the paper used in most countries for regular documents. If you are printing the document on A4 paper, follow the A4 Printing Instructions. If you are printing the document on Letter size paper [8.5" X 11"], the paper commonly used in the United States for documents, select the Letter Printing Instructions.

  • Open the document in the Adobe Acrobat Reader

  • Select File | Print

  • Select your printer from the list

  • Make sure that the Fit to Page checkbox is UNCHECKED

  • Select OK to print

  • Open the document in the Adobe Acrobat Reader

  • Select File | Print

  • Select your printer from the list

  • Make sure that the Fit to Page checkbox is CHECKED

  • Select OK to print

  • Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Select File | Print
  • Select your printer from the list
  • Make sure that the Fit to Page checkbox is CHECKED
  • Select OK to print
  • Place cursor over Download File
  • Using the right mouse button, click once
  • Select Save as Target
  • Determine location for file in your computer
  • Be sure the checkbox Close Dialog Box When Download Complete is CHECKED
  • Click on SAVE
  • You may now view this file offline using the Adobe Reader
